  NanoPack is an EU-funded project that will develop state-of-the-art antimicrobial packaging solutions for perishable foods based on natural nanomaterials that will prevent food-borne illness outbreaks and reduce food waste caused by early spoilage.

NanoPack at K2019

On October 16-23^rd Frauhonfer IPA represented NanoPack at K2019 in Düsseldorf, Germany. K2019 is world’s largest trade fair for polymers, materials, processing, equipment, application. An audience of approximately 300.000 was there including consultants, people from industry organisations, publishers and media. Visitors had the chance to meet the team behind the project at the NanoPack booth to see prototypes of the antimicrobial film technology.
